Tillamook Regional Medical Center is doing the right things right and we want you to join us! We have been named one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States by iVantage Health Analytics and The Chartis Center for Rural Health. Our staff love working here and treat each other and patients like family. We try our hardest every day to live up to the expectations of our Mission: Living God's love by inspiring health, wholeness and hope. This is part of what makes us special and a great place to work.
Another neat thing about our hospital is that we have a Hospitalist on site 24 hours a day, which is a luxury in a rural setting. We see a vast array of patients and conditions, which will keep your critical thinking skills sharp!
Our Med Surg nurses deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients per established standards of care and the nursing process. They supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
